A family room,
run on fire.

Ninan's is a family-run steakhouse with decades of feeding Bangalore behind it. We cook the old way - cast iron, open flame, salt, patience - because shortcuts always show up on the plate.

Every cut is halal, bought from butchers we know by name and trimmed in our own kitchen. Four rooms across the city, one standard: if we would not serve it to family, it does not leave the pass.

The fire

Cast iron, open flame, a hard sear and a proper rest. Butter, herbs and nothing that hides the meat.

The sourcing

Halal cuts from trusted butchers, chosen by hand. Honest meat needs no disguise, so we never give it one.

The table

Plates built for two and conversations that run long. Come hungry. Leave slow.
