NINAN'S

Ninan's Steakhouse · Bengaluru

Every steak
is a story.

Fire, cast iron and a family that has been feeding Bangalore for a long, hungry while. Scroll, and we will tell it properly.

Chapter 01

Chapter 01 · The cut

First, the cut.

A story worth telling begins with what you refuse to compromise.

Ours begins at the butcher's block. Halal meat from people we trust, chosen by hand and cut to order: T-bone, ribeye, tenderloin. If a cut is not right, the story ends there.

It never has.

  • I
    Sourced

Halal, from butchers we know by name.

  • II
    Selected

Chosen by hand, never by invoice.

  • III
    Cut

To order, never ahead of time.

Chapter 02 · The fire

Then, the fire.

Cast iron holds heat the way a family holds a recipe: stubbornly.

We sear hard and rest properly. Fire is honest work; it rewards patience and exposes shortcuts, which is why we keep none. The crust, the smoke, the butter at the finish. The pan does the talking.

Chapter 03 · The table

Finally, the table.

Every story needs somewhere to land. Ours lands on plates built for two.

Ninan's is family-run, and it shows. The food arrives big enough to share, because the food is the conversation. We have spent years feeding Bangalore, and we still measure ourselves the old way: by who comes back.

Four rooms across the city. One fire.
