We hire for care first and teach the rest. The grill is honest, the standards are high, and nobody here is a number. Earn the pass and you grow with the rooms.

The team

Family-run across every room. We train hands, share tips fairly, and promote from within. The person beside you tonight is the reason the room runs.

The craft

Real cuts, broken down in house, cooked to the degree. You will learn marbling, doneness and timing from people who care whether you get it right.

The fire

No holding lamps, no shortcuts. Just heat, salt and attention. If the smell of a sear at full tilt sounds like a good day, you will fit in here.

Full time JP Nagar flagship 2+ years on the line

Own the fire at the flagship, the room where the Godfather is served and nowhere else. You set the sear, call the doneness and hold the standard through a full service. Lead a small section, train commis, and answer only to the pass.

Commis Chef
Start on the line, learn the cuts, work your way to the fire. We teach the craft from the prep table up.
