The promise
Every brief gets a written reply, a fixed quote, and a delivery date within 24 hours of submission. If we miss that window, the website fee on your first project is refunded in full.
How we count "24 hours"
24 clock hours from the moment your brief lands in our inbox. We do not pause for weekends or Indian public holidays. The clock runs straight through.
What "first project" means
The first engagement you book with us. Subsequent projects fall under standard terms and are not covered by this refund.
How to claim
Just reply to the last email thread. No forms, no escalation paths, no exceptions to chase. We will process the refund within seven days.
Out of scope
The refund covers the website or build fee. It does not cover third-party costs you incurred for the project: domain registration, hosting, paid API integrations, stock assets.
