The brief
Every engagement starts with a written brief and a fixed quote returned inside 24 hours. No discovery calls, no scoping workshops, no consulting decks.
Scope
What is quoted is what ships. Changes after sign-off are scoped and quoted separately so the original timeline stays honest.
Timelines
Turnaround clocks (24h for marketing sites, 48h for MVPs) start when the brief is signed and the deposit, if any, has cleared.
Payment
50% on sign-off, 50% on handover. Invoices are Net 7 from invoice date. We accept cards and bank transfer through Stripe and Razorpay.
IP
Yours, on full payment. We retain the right to publicly attribute the work and link to it unless otherwise agreed in the brief.
Liability
Capped at the project fee. That is the cap most agencies use and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Disputes go to the courts of Bangalore.
